TURN YOUR DREAM OF OWNING A UNIQUE NICHE MARKET OF FUSION MEDITERRANEAN FAST
CASUAL FRANCHISE INTO A REALITY.
Our Story
King Mediterrano is built on passion, precision, and a commitment to delivering a Fusion Mediterranean experience that resonates with guests. Our concept emphasizes strong flavors, welcoming hospitality, and operational systems designed to support franchisees in running a consistent, high‑quality restaurant.
When you join King Mediterrano, you’re investing in a thoughtfully developed brand supported by training, operational guidance, and a menu that has attracted loyal customers at our company‑owned location. Our goal is to provide a franchise model that is structured, clear, and designed for operators who value a well‑defined system.
A Concept Designed for Today’s Market
Many fast‑casual brands have shifted toward smaller portions and reduced offerings. King Mediterrano remains committed to delivering generous servings and a full Mediterranean fusion menu. Guests frequently comment on the portion sizes and flavors at our affiliate location, and their feedback reflects the experience we aim to deliver across the system.
We maintain our brand standards because we believe consistency builds trust — and trust builds long‑term customer relationships.

Third‑Party Delivery Commission Exclusion Example The following example is provided solely to illustrate how third‑party delivery commissions are treated when calculating royalties under the King Mediterrano franchise model. This example is not a financial performance representation and does not reflect actual or expected franchisee results.
Scenario Overview
A customer places a $100 third‑party delivery order. The example compares how royalties may be calculated under two different approaches:
-
A franchisor that calculates royalties on the full $100.
-
King Mediterrano, which excludes the third‑party delivery commission from the royalty base.
Typical Franchisor Calculation (Illustrative Only)
Gross Revenue: $100.00 Royalty Rate: 5% Royalty Owed: $100 × 5% = $5.00
King Mediterrano Calculation (Illustrative Only)
Gross Revenue: $100.00 Less Third‑Party Delivery Commission (30%): $30.00 Royalty Base: $70.00 Royalty Rate: 5% Royalty Owed: $70 × 5% = $3.50
This example is provided solely to demonstrate how the royalty base is calculated under the King Mediterrano model when third‑party delivery commissions apply. Actual results will vary based on vendor selection, commission tiers, market conditions, and operational practices.
